God is Calling You ~ Thoughts and Ponderings
Did God choose Me? By Mary Wilson
God is Calling You. Mary Wilson shares a scripture from John 15:16. “You did not choose me; I chose you and appointed you to go bear fruit that will remain.” He chose you for a purpose with a plan in mind. He chose you specifically for what he calls you to do. He is willing to work with us right where we are and get us to a point where we are a better version of ourselves. We must be willing to surrender and live a righteous life. Everything God has planned depends on our ‘Yes’ every step of the way. We need to be nourished in order to grow, and God prunes us. An example of the pruning process is given so that we produce good fruit that will last for His kingdom. Don’t we all want what God has for us? We need to pray for direction so that we can be the Christ-like person God needs us to be. Everything God does is for our salvation and for those he puts in our path.
Mary Wilson presently serves on the (CST) Central Service Team of the Magnificat Ministry as Secretary.
