We invite you to join us as we pray the Luminous Mysteries with Magnificat, as we remember especially our beloved priests. Magnificat, A Ministry to Catholic Women’s Fifth Objective is to “imitate Mary through spiritual adoption of priests and seminarians.” We lift them up to today and always – our spiritual advisors, our priests and bishops, seminarians, and those who are discerning a call to the priesthood.
Join us as we offer special prayers before, during, and after the rosary for our priests. Please consider using this podcast as part of your personal prayer time, lifting up those priests who are near and dear to your heart as well as the entire priesthood. We pray also for an increase in vocations. As the saying goes – “no priest, no Jesus”. We pray that as you pray with us today you experience the presence of Jesus Christ in a deeper way. Come, Holy Spirit, fill those who have consecrated themselves to You and to the service of Your people.
Magnificat, taken from Luke: 1, is the great hymn of praise that Mary prayed while visiting her cousin, Elizabeth. Through the Magnificat Podcast, we can come together in God’s presence and proclaim that the Almighty has done great things for you and me and holy is His Name!
