Episode 75–When Women Collaborate
Today, The Working Woman Radio Show sat down with Adrianna Cauthen to talk about what happens when women collaborate.
Healthy competition whether it’s in the workplace or in sports as well or in the educational arena can be a good thing, but often competition can become toxic, and I think that this can be especially true for women who see other successful women as a threat.
In this episode, Adrianna and I discuss why collaboration is so important and why women have traditionally not been encouraged to do it.
We discuss the mentality required to collaborate with others, and the benefits of working interdependently.
Adrianna and I also share about our own collaborations, as mother and daughter, including our newest venture, a YouTube channel that we will be starting called ‘Elevate!’.
