Healthy Habits

Habits are something that we develop by making small changes every day to a healthier life. Most of the times we make these big audacious goals that in reality are too hard to keep going with. By making one change at a time, we are able to create a habit and that habit becomes a part of our daily routine.

 

Daily Habits for Women

+ First thing in the morning, a glass of room temp water with a drop of Lemon Vitality essential oil.

+ Roll Thieves on the bottom of our feet

+ Wash our face & grab a drop of Frankincense

+ Drink our 2oz of NingXia Red & take supplements

+ Throughout the day, essential oils

+ At night, our skincare routine again, followed with our favorite facial essential oils.

+ Lastly, Endoflex rolled on our inner ankles, Progessence+ on our forearms, and Frankincense on our face!

+ Roll on Tranquil Roll-On for restful sleep and fill the diffuser with your favorite oils like Lavender & Frankincense or Valor

Daily Habits for Men

+ First thing in the morning – a glass of room temp water with a drop of Lemon Vitality essential oil.

+ Wash our face with the Charcoal Bar Soap, use Shutran essential oil on our chest

+ Drink up NingXia Red, 2oz, and usually a Nitro and/or Zyng.

+ Take OmegaGize and Super Cal Plus

+ After working out or a hard days work, drink Aminowise & a Pure Protein Complete shake

+ A drop of Cedarwood on big toe to stimulate melatonin production + restful sleep. Diffuse Lavender + Northern Lights Black Spruce

Healthy Habit for Kids
