Angela Copenhaver is a Catholic convert. She was raised in Lincoln, Nebraska in a protestant family. Her parents divorced when she was young. As an adult she worked for a delivery company and worked hard to climb the corporate ladder and financial security. She was promoted to management in sales and marketing and transferred to Montana and then Virginia Beach.  While walking on the beach one day she heard a message from God to move back to Lincoln, NE to be close to family and just be a grandma.

Angela’s daughter had recently become a Catholic. Jesus used her family to start her journey with Jesus. Angela and her husband went to Church with her daughter’s family and soon after they joined RCIA. She attributes St. Therese of Avila as being influential in growing in her faith from the many books she read. She and her husband became Catholic in April of 2012. Angela started listening to Spirit Catholic Radio, and the programming changed her life. She saw a job opportunity to work at the radio station in sales and marketing and though she had no experience in radio she convinced them to hire her. She sees it as a wonderful way to evangelize. Angela is also the founder of We Teach Think and Human from Day One.
