Kate also candidly talks about her struggles as a stay-at-home mom, her “non-negotiables, and what she does to recharge.

Finally, she challenges moms to do something that will stretch themselves personally, and that will enable them to grow as individuals.

Kate Ward is a mom of three boys, Micah, 13, Camden, 10, and Owen, 5. She has been married to John Ward for 19 years and owns her own video production company, Draw Productions. She has lived in Atlanta for the last 8 years and is passionate about loving Jesus. Kate is on the leadership team for Grace Church NE Atlanta, a multi-ethnic church plant in Atlanta.
