There are 7 indicators, based on a Harvard Study that indicate how happy and well you will be later in life. A full explanation is here.
Briefly, the 7 are:
- Don’t smoke
- Do not abuse alcohol
- Maintain healthy body weight
- Exercise
- Adaptive coping style
- Education
- Stable, long-term relationships
